New Cm has been appointed to Andhra Pradesh.
Sri Rosaiah Konejeti ,the old Congress loyalist and the Finance minister of AP has been appointed as the new caretaker chief minister of the Andhra Pradesh.Though Rosaiah doesnt have popularity like YSR ,he is known for his experience and good administration.He is a B.com graduate from very famous Loyala college.He belongs to Ariya Vysya community who are merchants and business people.He first became MLC at 1968.He is one of the senior most members of the legislative assembly and is widely recognized as an excellent orator, financial expert and has a record of presenting the state budget for the highest number of times (13 times by 2008) by an individual.He represents Chirala Constituency in Praksam district in Andhra Pradesh.
